At this time, we are experiencing a period of time of not being able to do things and go places like we use to and it can put you in a place of depression, anxiety and frustration. It can resemble that of a withdrawal- the adrenalin from the dependencies of the running and doing what we are accustomed to is now being stripped and withdrawn and we are now having to deal with the hole in our schedule and in our hearts that can lead to headaches, sweating and imbalance.
